• Participation in the Quiz Room Tournament –Consists of 2 x 30 minutes of TV-style trivia fun, including a qualifying round and a final round. Questions are tailored to your age group and interests.

This ‘Better with Friends’ Trivia QUIZ ROOM afternoon is aimed at men and women who are looking for genuine friendships and to meet new people. Whether you find you have; outgrown old friendships, are new to Brisbane, are too introverted to meet new people unassisted, have no idea where to meet new friends, feel isolated after becoming a Mum/Dad, or you just want to add some new friends to your social circle, this event is for you.

Ideally we find it works best if you attend solo, as this will ensure you are open and fully present to the possibility of all the new friendships that are presented to you. But if you want to bring a friend or two, that is no problem. We also find it is a fun event for couples looking to meet new friends.

Your host will be there to welcome you and settle your nerves as you enter into the QUIZ ROOM foyer. Once inside you will be split into your Teams and then it’s time for a lively game of Trivia. Don’t worry if you aren’t great at Trivia, it’s just meant to be a bit of no pressure fun and a chance to bond with your teammates.

Teams will battle it out in a 30-minute qualifying round, followed by a 30-minute final round where the top teams face off in the Grand Final and the remaining teams compete in the Plate Final.

After the tournament, we’ll hop, skip, and jump over to the nearby Stockies Rooftop Bar for an hour of drinks and shared platters. Your first drink is on us, along with a delicious selection of mouthwatering pizzas featuring classic Margherita, fresh Chicken Pesto, and sweet-and-spicy Hot Honey Pepperoni - the perfect way to unwind, chat, and meet new people.

After the official event ends, we are able to stay on at Stockies, or there are plenty of other bars, cafes and clubs around, should you want to kick on with your newfound besties.
